Can you describe RoomMate in a few words?

RoomMate is an Accommodation-as-a-Service platform digitizing rental management processes for medium-to-long-term property managers and professionals.

What have been your development challenges, and how did you overcome them?

The main challenge is to stick to our customer-centricity. We periodically prioritize our product and development roadmap following our clients’ requests.
The main aspect enabling us to overcome this challenge is as simple as the team’s continuous commitment to delivering the best version of the product in each release.

 

How do you see RoomMate evolve for the next two years?

​

We do want to become the main hub for apartment management, allowing property managers to automate their daily operations at 360°. To do that, we will implement additional features, such as asset & portfolio management, to allow our clients to improve the profitability on each rented asset; and apartment services marketplace, to allow house professionals to get in touch with both tenants and property managers
